Polytechnic University of Milan researcher visits Science Tokyo for joint V2X digital twin experiment
Roberto Pegurri, a PhD student from Polytechnic University of Milan (Prof. Antonio Capone's group), visited Institute of Science Tokyo from April 6 to April 15, 2026 to join a joint proof-of-concept experiment on real-time digital twin based V2X topology dynamic control with the Sakaguchi Lab.

Roberto Pegurri, a PhD student from Polytechnic University of Milan advised by Prof. Antonio Capone, spent April 6 – 15, 2026 at the Institute of Science Tokyo, hosted by Prof. Kei Sakaguchi.
The visit centered on a joint proof-of-concept (PoC) of real-time digital twin based V2X topology dynamic control — a first of its kind, integrating real-time smart mobility digital twin, network digital twin, and dynamic V2X topology control.
